This morning all our Virgin Media services went offline, and a few hours later I got a message saying they were fixed, but the land line (which is connected to a phone socket) still doesn't work. It was working yesterday.
There is no dial tone and if you ring the number it shows as engaged constantly. This doesn't appear to be a fault with the phone handset, it seems to be a problem with the line. The phone says it is connected while it's plugged in.
I checked online and no faults have been recorded in my area, but I cannot find anywhere on the Virgin Media site to report a phone fault. I've been going around in circles trying the different options.
Could I have some help please?

You cannot report faults using the website. See this:
Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.
VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.
If no area faults found:
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
