Hello;
Our home landline has been either intermittent or non-functional for several weeks now. There is no dial-tone, and calls from others aren't being received either. The website troubleshooter/service check claims there are no outages, and no detected faults, and that the service is functioning.
I have removed all additional extensions connected to the wall socket, and the problem remains the same. (The currently connected handset is trusted to function.)
I have rebooted the hub (multiple times, at this point.) with no change.
I have even, just in case, used an adapter to plug the handset directly into the router, in case that had been switched over. (No dice there.)
Obviously, this is getting quite frustrating at this point, and I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with further troubleshooting steps, at the very least.
