Good morning, could someone please assist?
My landline has stopped working. When I pick up the receiver there is an engaged tone.
I have run all the suggested tests snd still nothing. I have bought a new phone and tried that still doesn't work which suggests to me that it is the line itself.
Please could someone help me? This is not the first time this has happened. Last year it was the fibre outside which was causing issues. Thank you in anticipation.

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your landline! It doesn't look like there are currently any outages which would be affecting your service. Have you tried rebooting the hub since the problems began?
