My landline has been down all day. I am very ill at the moment with pneumonia, I am on my own, vulnerable and aged 68. I need the landline in case I have to ring the hospital or the doctor. Please can you get my landline up and running again. Thanks very much in advance for any help, best wishes Jill Ross
