My elderly parents have been without a landline since Saturday. There is no known fault in the area and I have remotely reset the HUB. I have POA and Guardianship for both.
Their lifeline is the phone line and without this my sister and I have no contact with them as we both live more than 500 miles away. Any support to get this phone line back working by an engineer would be very much appreciated. Unfortunately it will need to be supported in person as we cannot be there.
