Just noticed my landline has failed. Recently, I had a Hub 5 Router installed a couple of weeks ago, could be a coincidence. My landline is still attached to outside line and not Hub 5. So, I am wondering if the connection has been accidentally switched off. I tried ringing it from my mobile and it goes straight to voicemail. Anyone else had the same problem??

Sorry to see that you're having issues with your landline after having a new Hub installed. I've checked our system and it doesn't look like this is due to any known issues.
As this is the case I'll pop you a DM to confirm some details so this can be checked further.
