I'm not able to make calls on my Virgin landline. I can receive calls, but every time I dial to make a call, I'm just put straight through to the Virgin Media helpline after pressing a couple of numbers.
Never get to dial a full telephone number.
I've checked the Virgin Media website and can't see that there are any problems in our area.
I've followed the automated instructions to test the line and phoned back after ten mins to get the results and the whole process just starts again. Never get any results.

Is it only on one number that the calls can't be made or on all numbers?
