Service status has shown an issue in my area for days with the usual nonsense estimated fix dates f011421072
Service checker doesn't show a problem so I can't log an outage to get a refund for loss of service!
How to get this investigated/ find more details about that fault?
Please don't respond with any suggestions blaming my equipment, it's clearly a VM fault.

I'm sorry to hear you've been affected by an area fault for a while know, we know how frustrating this can be.
I've had a look on our end and it doesn't appear that you are currently being affected by an outage, so it's likely that this has now been resolved.
Do you currently have no connection at all? If so, we may need to get an engineer out to you.
