Had an email saying migration to digital home phone was cancelled until further notice 25th jan 2024, original date was 11th march 2024, not had an email since saying it was happening, fast forward to today 30th march and while on the phone it suddenly went dead, after a lengthy call to virgin media, I have been migrated to digital phone without anymore contact saying it was happening no adapters sent or anything, I am now without a landline until 3rd april when an engineer can hopefully sort it all out, it would have been better to stay analogue
