After 2 calls to Customer Services/Technical AND purchase of new phone equipment, my landline does not RING on incoming calls.
You can make outgoing calls and it RECEIVES incoming calls BUT it does not ring!
My first call to Customer Services resulted in them stating that the fault did not lie with VIRGIN, but with my phone hardware - on their info,I bought a new phone set -which did`nt solve the problem!
I called Customer Services again and again they have categorically insisted that the fault is caused by my handset - despite it being a NEW handset!
This is absolute nonsense as IDENTICAL issues are already on the forum and the solution requires an engineer to visit the local phone hub.
How do I circumvent Virgin`s offshore help centre and spoeak directly to LOCAL engineering support?
I have been a VIRGIN client for 13 years but if this is not resolved soon ,it will be unlucky 13 for Virgin as I will cancel my entire service.
