Hi,
I agreed a new contract to add my BT landline to Virgin last week. I emphasised that the change was only acceptable if we kept our existing number.
I already have a Virgin hub for broadband.
A connector for my landline phone has arrived in the post this morning and I have moved my landline phone and connected it to the hub.
But there is no dial tone. How do I get this activated?
