Hub 3 telephone sign flashing red. automatic reset done by virgin, still flashing. Unable to receive or make phone calls.

We are aware of an issue for some of our customers located in the south east.

This should be fixed at around 13:10 today.

Hi issue not resolved. Telephone symbol still flashing and no landline service 

Hello again.

We're really sorry the issue is still ongoing.

After checking the F0 Number it appears out engineers ares still working on a fix for this.

I will keep an eye on fault for you over the course of the day.

We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused - this outage is still open and currently estimated to be resolved by 9pm
