Home phone showing +1 hour time from caller id

Our home phones time is now showing +1 hour, the phone is set to caller id to receive time from router.

I have done a complete reset of the router.

Just checked, today Monday 11th March daylight saving time started in the USA so looks like that is what has happened to our time.

Can tech sort this out please?

This time issue occurs twice a year and so far VM have not raised a finger to fix it.

Not in the tech chatter forum, they seldom visit this part as it's supposed to be for non VM subjects.

It happens twice a year for VM Digital Voice users - house phones display time change with US time and not UK time.

Everybody reports - VM say it is your 'phone and not our issue.

Eventually VM say it will be fixed for the next time.

When the UK clocks change it corrects and VM forget about it until next time.
