Home phone dead again.

This is getting regular and frustrating. I am disabled and rely on the landline. It is not connected to the hub and I have done all the tests

Sorry to hear about these issues with your landline service, and that this is not the first time you've had problems. We appreciate it must be frustrating given the circumstances. 

We will need to identify if there's an issue in the area, or a fault with the landline. If we identify that a swap to our 21st Century voice landline service is required, (landline via the hub) don't worry! We can also get you set up with an Emergency Back Up Line (EBUL), to help in case of any broadband outages. You can see more information about these here 👉 Phone User Guide

We'd like to investigate and offer further helping to get things sorted. We will need to confirm a few account details via PM so we can do this. We were able to identify they were affected by an outage, which has now been fixed! Glad to hear the service is now back and working. Hopefully this is the end of the problems 🤞 but if you do need any further help, please get back in touch!
