Home Landline Fault

Hi Team, my home landline has stopped working (no incoming or outgoing calls). All kit appears fine in home. I have tried to call Customer Service number to report, but I cannot get through as I cannot remember my Memorable Word and the automated system doesn't let me get any further. Any help to get me to a person would be very helpful?

Online status checker is showing that it cannot check my status at this time, call Customer Service!

Hi Daniel, there are two corded phone in house and both not working. Not sure when it stopped working, no dial tome on phone and incoming calls say "You've dialled an incorrect number" which would suggest an issue at exchange or local comms cabinet to me. My number is [MOD EDIT: Personal info] in Slough SL1 postcode if that should help do a simple system check?
