A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you've not landline working currently. Upon checking from our end, we can see that you are connected via your hub.
Can we ask if you have rebooted your hub this morning and checked your landline for a dial tone again. Can we also ask you to check that your equipment and try another handset if possible.

Apparently I need a piece sent out to connect to my home phone because of the switch over but nothing has been sent to me.

Can the new connector for my phone please be sent to me so I can start using my home phone again. Also can I get a number so I can cancel virgin media as I'm not paying £138.00 a month for such poor service. Can't speak to anyone on the phone, channels disappearing and still paying full price for nothing.
