Do I need a call packageor what?

Dear all - help!

I'm keen to sign up for the Bigger Combo bundle which for £39.99 / month includes broadband, TV and phone.

The blurb says it includes free weekend calls, but what about:

• weekday daytimes – only 3-4 per week
• calls to mobiles  – occasional
• calls to USA  – max 1 per month, evenings UK time
• emergency 999 calls – 1 every couple of months as I have a medical condition

We don't make much use of our present landline [bundled with current Hyperoptic fibre package] but would use it more if the price was right.

I've downloaded the charges booklet but that doesn't tell me what I actually need.[or maybe it does and I'm just too dim to understand…]

So what exactly do I need to order and what cost?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community. Also thanks for being keen to sign up with us.

We can look at the call charges youven asked about and give a break down of the cost if that helps.

weekday daytimes – only 3-4 per week. numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 are charged at 24p per minute.

calls to mobiles  – occasional. Mobile numbers in the Uk are charged at 24p per minute.

calls to USA  – max 1 per month, evenings UK time Calls to mobile and landline are charged at 36p per minute with a 24p connection fee.

emergency 999 calls – 1 every couple of months as I have a medical condition. These remain free

Would one of the call packages include the calls to both landline and mobile, with call charges to the USA added to the monthly bill? And am I right in assuming that the Bigger Combo deal includes monthly line rental?

You can get an add on which is call international, this may be the better option for you.
