Hi Guys,
My first posting.
My home phone has developed a constant bleeping sound indicating that I have a new voicemail. After dialling 1571 to access my new voicemail I am told by the nice lady that I do not have any voicemail to listen to.
I’m unable to stop. this constant bleeping.
Can anyone possibly help me out??

There was no dial tone. I tried restarting the router but still no dial tone.
I will try restarting again and get back to you.

Thanks for working with me via our private messaging function @Anonymous.
Do feel free to keep us updated and hopefully the engineer visit will be able to have this resolved for us.

Engineer just visited, was able to get authorisation for switch over. I am now able to connect landline phone to router and this has also cured constant bleeping issue. Thanks to everyone involved for helping me out.

Hello scoobydoo3.
Thank yo so much for updating us, it's great news that the switch went okay and those annoying bleeps have stopped.
Sorry it took so long to get resolved. Should you need anything else, please let us know.
The only things we are unable to help with are billing issues and package changes.
Have a lovely day.
