Cancellations tel number?

Just got put on hold and then the line was cut off.

Anyone know of a direct number to cancellations rather than going through the outsourced call centre?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies that you are having issues in cancelling your contract, we are sorry to see you go. I am afraid there is no direct number in which to cancel, it is the same number for all 📞 0345 454 1111, telephone menu options, 1, 4, & 4 (Thinking of leaving us). There is also the online chat and as well as here. 

It would need to be done via private message. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

Belated happy Christmas Sabrina. I note with interest that you indicate, by saying "as well as here", that is is now possible for VM customers to cancel their contracts via the VM forum team (via PM). Please confirm either way. Many thanks.
