I have call divert added to my account, the free voicemail has been removed, after many attempts via 150. 1 press *21* and i get the message "sorry call diverts to this number are not possible" . i called yet again and was passed around, untill i spoke to someone who said he would sort this out and add the number from his side. , this has not happened! i even brough a new phone. the reason we came to virgin was because they provided a call divert!! any suggestions?

Hi Lee, Thank you for your assistance last week, but nobody contacted us during the week to try and sort this out, the call divert still says the same thing, "sorry call diverts to this number are not possible". we did however receive a new contract with "Change request date:
20th September 2024" (last friday)
The email along with this new contract states
