Call divert no working

Hello, 

i have added the call divert feature on my landline and Iโ€™m paying the extra amount for it. However, I have been trying to set up call divert on the landline and whenever I type *21* it says call divert on this number is not available. 
Can someone help please?

    Just to confirm, have you initially called 1765 to establish what your area colour is? If you're in a red area, you'll need to dial *70 and wait for a tone to sound.

      Hello Daniel, 

      thank you for your reply. I have tried to do that and I do hear the sound then I enter my mobile number including the country code but I never get the confirmation to say that call diver is set

        Hi janviegulam, thank you for your response.

        After tapping in the full phone number you're diverting to, are you hearing a tone?

        Also, if you're in the green, blue, yellow or purple area, have you tried dialling *#21# to check if call divert is on?
