I want out of Virgin media...!
On the 18 October I was billed for calls that I dod not make nor are they listed on my phone-:
Friday 18 Oct. 12.17 Nat Geo. 08457201201 Duration 10.25
Friday 18 Oct. 12.35 Nat Geo. 08457201201 Duration 5.11
Friday 18 Oct. 12.42 Nat Geo. 08457201201 Duration 6.42
Friday 18 Oct. 12.50 Nat Geo. 08457201201 Duration 5.17
Fridary 18 Oct. 13.06 Nat Geo. 08457201201 Duration 8.04
These calls are not listed on the caller display!!!!!! I phoned and was told to hold on leaving me holding a blank phone, after several minutesI called again and got someone speaking poor English..... and was told I had to pay the bill - not very pleased now and looking to close my account..
Checking 'Who Called me' showed it was a scam number, anyone had this problem - LOOK at the timing and duration, sure doesn't look right to me. Anyone else had this problem? And what can I do about it?

Hi Beth.
Arrrgh..... my doing!
Thank you for the prompt reply, gonna pull the on reigns now, Client62 post just struck a chord so to save space I'll reply to you both. As said Client62 struck a chord.
Yes I DO have an account at RS BUT not used that number for a very long time, infact so long ago it escaped me, since the number changed I always used the 03457 number and I DID phone them - I've been FOXED...!
I just got to appologise to Virgin Media and to the both of you - the lastigits never twigged, didn't even notice.
Matter closed - my fault. Dave

Hi Dave
Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're disputing some calls charges on your bill.
Do you perhaps remember receiving calls from this number? Sometimes, if scam calls are answered you may receive an access charge.
If this is not the case, we can look at getting an engineer out to investigate the possibility of a crossed line in your area, which is when calls made by other users can come through your line. However, if calls were answered from these numbers then the issue would not be caused by a crossed line.
