Adapter not received and cannot contact Customer Services

Hi, I'm due to have my landline switched over on 11th January and have yet to receive my adapter; getting through to VM and selecting anything that relates to the change over is non existent.  What do I have to do to get this much needed item?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you so much again for posting. I would be more than happy to take a look into this with you via a private message and see if we can get the adapter sent out.

I believe that at the present there is a hold on phone switch over, so this may be why you have not received an adapter.
