On 12/08/2023 I posted regarding a problem we were having, trying to act as appointee for my father-in-law. We provided a copy of the LPA and received written confirmation from Virgin Media, dated 28/08/23, that my husband and his sister had now been added as appointees to deal with all aspects of my father-in-law's account.
Unfortunately, we are still unable to view my father-in-law's account on-line. We're not sure whether it has been linked to the correct email address.
We have tried, numerous times, to contact the Customer Services Team on 03454541111 & 150, to no avail.
Could someone from Virgin Media please PM me, so that I can provide further information.
