Slow broadband speed

Hi 

I’ve recently started a new contract with virgin media and have seen that the minimum speeds should be 30mbps a wifi scan on the VM connect app shows 

download: 4mbps and the status is great which is a joke and ordering wifi pods is nearly impossible

Save your self a lot of time and trouble, invest in a decent Wireless Mesh or Wireless Access Points

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with your broadband speed.

Is it just the WiFi that is impacted? What happens when trying to request a Pod via the Connect App?

I have checked our systems and can see there is an uptime issue as your hub hasn't been rebooted for 83 days. 

Can you reboot this and let me know if anything improves?
