I have the same issue and I am connecting directly to router via wifi. I don't want to use an ethernet cable because my router and ps5 are in different rooms, thanks for any help 👍
*Edit - I am not using any pods and even though my ps5 is in a different room, the router is no further than 10ft away with clear line of sight and on the same floor, no blockage

Hi there @Niall132
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your connection. Can I ask if you are experiencing any issues on any other devices or is this specifically the PS5 that is effected?

Hey, its just the ps5 I'm aware of, when I run a speed test its only showing around 60mbps download. I'm on the Volt 500mpbs package. Speed test is showing 400 on my samsung phone

Hi Niall132,
Thanks for coming back to us on this one. As it's only the PS5 that's having the issue, it's likely something going on in the background that is affecting the speed. We wouldn't be able to offer advice on what this could be but this link can help with improving your WiFi network.
For Gaming, it's always better to connect to the hub via an ethernet cable as this would provide the best and strongest connection.
Thanks,
