I was noticing lag spikes while gaming so setup a BQM, could anyone with more knowledge take a look please.
I have not set one up for a couple of years, but cant remember the graph being this choppy.
It is not showing now, but i did notice earlier that a couple of the "Upstream Bonded Channels Modulation" were "32 qam" and not "64 qam".
Thanks for any help offered.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Also, terrible BQM. Something is amiss. Your stats all look fine at the moment, but post your network log as well for comment. Check the connections are at least "finger tight" as loose connections can cause noise ingress.

Nothing much in the logs apart from SYNC errors on the 26th, along with the Time being reset to 1970. That's a normal thing btw, the Hub always resets to 1970 when it looses time from the network NTP servers.

Soooooooo....
after going back and forth all last week, apparently i have lag spikes and lost packets on my internet because i have my Wifi turned off on my Superhub 3 !!!!!
QUOTE
" Thank you,
I think I have found the issue. Your smart WiFi has been disabled.
Please do a pin hole factory reset of the hub and this will evert back to the original settings and this will be enabled.
We cant find any other issues with the service on our side.
Using a paper clip or a pen, press the pinhole marked 'RESET' on the back of your Hub for 20 seconds. This will restore the Hub to its default settings, which you'll find on the information panel on the bottom. Then switch off the Hub for a minute before turning it on again "
Errr what?
This is not the what is causing this problem, feel fobbed off right now.
I think this is caused by either or both, oversubscribed internet in my area or the crappy puma chipset in the Superhub 3.
I have always had lag spikes since i had the Superhub 3 installed, when it first came out a few years ago, probably 5-6 years ago, but seams to be getting much worse.
I asked Virginmedia how much it would cost to upgrade my internet to the 1gb internet, so i could get the Superhub 5. I was told it would be £116 per month, i am paying £66 per month now for the M600 broadband, with TV and Phone.
No way am i paying an extra £50 per month to maybe fix the crappy internet.
Just a couple of questions to anyone who might know.
1) Is there any way to get rid of the Superhub and use a third party Modem (i am guessing not, but worth an ask).
2) Is the Superhub tied to an account? If say, i could borrow a Superhub 5 from someone would it work with my account, just to see if it is better than the Superhub 3.
Thanks for any help offered.

this is todays BWM, this is not caused by Wifi being switched off on the SuperHub 3 !!

BQM don't lie🙄
and what the hell has smart WiFi got to do with BQM showing a problem!

so last night the TV also started playing up, could not watch anything as the picture kept freezing.
So at 8pm i did another pin hole reset, So as from 8pm last night nothing is connected to the Superhub at all, nothing connected by LAN and nothing connected by Wifi to the hub, not even my phone line is connected,
The Superhub is in Factory Settings, Wifi is on, i have not changed anything and as you can see by the BQM this has not made any difference.
