Until this morning (13/07/24) I've been able to connect to api.guildwars2.com using a number of third party websites such as https://gw2efficiency.com
However today these sites have failed for me, they are still working for other users. A ping test and tracert suggest there could be a DNS issue at Virgin.

Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing or has since been resolved?
Please confirm if our router has and is currently in modem mode?

This issue resolved sometime between 09:00 and 12:00 on the 16th.
The site was reachable using a proxy, so the problem was not with my router or PC.
