Hi, I have the Hub 5 and are on M500 package. We have two PS5's and a gaming laptop, they are all hard wired with a cat 6 cable. Recently the connection keeps dropping causing us to lose connection to the servers? Today it happened over 10 times in the space of an hour. Just done a hard reset via the Virgin Media app but could my router be faulty as it's getting to the point where gaming is impossible!! Any advice welcome or maybe Virgin Media can check the problem remotely?

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
