Cannot reset passwords on "xxx@virgin.net" or "@virginmedia.com" accounts. I checked all related threads and have done everything possible    I urgently require a link for a password reset for my @virgin.net email account.  I confirmed that the email address(es) are valid at "verifalia.com/validate-email"

Why don't VM provide readily accessible password reset links for all VM "legacy" email accounts associated with Virgin Media on the user accounts page? .The only account that seems to have a password reset is virginmedia login page.

Do you still have an active VM account?  VM changed all the email security some time ago, and all accounts need an non VM email address as the user account, e.g. gmail.   VM no longer allocate email addresses to customers.

Yes I have been with VM for .>30 years and my VM account is active
