I have been locked out of my virgin.net email account. This is an old virgin broadband account and I no longer use the service. I have tried to access 'My Virgin Media' but locked out also and when I ask for a password reset to be sent (to another registered email address) no email is received.
Called support but unable to help as I no longer have an active account.
Any help greatly appreciated

We would have to advise that as per the helpful advice from @Highway, the likelihood is that the account has been deleted as the E-Mail account would only be active for up to 90 days beyond the disconnection of the Virgin Media services.
