Hi,
We have 2 email accounts set up on our Virgin media account. Both end with ntlworld.com. (obviously for some time)
The account linked to the bill payer is working fine but the secondary account no longer accepts my password. I have requested to reset the password but it does not recognise my email address.

When I try to reset my password this message appears -'Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media'

Thanks for coming back to us @biscuits26, can you please confirm if you've attempted to use the My Virgin Media E-Mail address to see if this lets you progress with the resetting of the password to the secondary E-Mail account?

When I go into the main account, I can't find any record of the secondary email account. I seem to be going round in circles.
