I have tried to log in to my email address and it is not accepting my password, tried most of the day.. I tried to log into my virgin media that is not accepting my password either I use [MOD EDIT: Removed] for my e mail and blueyonder.co.uk for My VirginMedia. I now have no way of contacting you or receiving any advice from you. Any chance of any help. I am 80 and disabled so I need my email.

Please can somebody help me I have been unable to log into My virgin media or email my passwords are not accepted. This the THIRD day without e mail I need to reset my passwords .I hve tried to reset My Virgin media but it keeps telling me it wll send an email but I cant get into my emails. Can no one help me to resolve this am disabled and rely on my emails. Please help me.
