Hello,
I've had a virgin.net email address (my main email address) for over 20 years, and have received warnings to say my email address is being closed because i do not have virgin media services.
But I have an O2 mobile phone - is that right? Do i have to go through everything that i get to my main email address even though i am a customer?
Thanks
Rob

Without trying to sound too much of an idiot - can anyone show me where in my T's&C's where that would be? That the email service was free? (Can't be 'considered' - way too wooly) and can be taken away?
When you signed up to the email account, you accepted its Terms and Conditions. They would have been binding then and they are still binding now. Did you keep a copy for reference?
Of course, Virginmedia contributed to the problem by not closing the account years ago when they should have done, thus allowing you to build up more contacts and messages on the doomed account.
