Whilst deleting "blocked" emails from my BIN my INBOX disappeared. I can still receive emails on iPad and iMac.

How can I find and restore INBOX.

Given the lack of detail in the question I have assumed you are using Apple Mail on iOS (or its variants). If that is correct then consider selecting Edit and confirm missing mailbox is selected.
