I had the email stating my virgin.net email is closing. I AM A CURRENT Virgin account customer. It looks like me current account is a seperate account number to my old Virgin.net account. I have tried to speak to the call centre but they are not able to understand that I want to ensure I do not lose my virgin.net account and want to link it it my new account. Can someone at VM do this for me?

The VM Forum Team staff should be able to look into this for you when they reach this thread. Are both accounts in the same name as that is a key criteria?

It has been stated on here that the non-connected email can only be brought into your account by replacing the existing email account. You might want to check on this when your request is picked up by VM.
