i no longer have a virgin media account but i need access to my old blueyonder email account. please can community support contact me to help

If your email account is no longer working, it will have been deleted at some time after you closed the broadband account. I'm afraid you will have to rely on any backups you may have taken.

Unfortunately it is VM policy to delete mailboxes 90 days after the user ends the Contract. It's not always strictly 90 days, but I would doubt if the mailbox still exists. Users should have moved all email to a new provider, e.g. GMail, when leaving VM. This is not the first time this has caught people out, and will not be the last.

As mentioned we do delete emails after 90 days, has it been this long?
What are you needing the email account for?
