I'm sorry to hear that you're having some email related issues recently. Would you mind expanding on what the issues are exactly? How are you accessing and using the email account and service? Are you using a third party mail client/app like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail?

Hi Zac, email came back again later in the day, seems OK today. Normally use the email function on VM website, don't tend to use 3rd party if I can help it.
Sadly, had this problem several times recently, (as others have as well) not sure if VM's servers are the problem, as message often reads 'server unreachable' )

OK, so, guess what Email, down again, 'server unreachable'

Is it really worth staying with VM email, when it is so unreliable? You could move to Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook etc and have no more problems.
