How can I recover my virgin.net email account, it seems to have switched off and there are numerous important emails I need, please can a forum admin recover for me? [REMOVED] thanks

Are you currently a VM broadband customer (which is required to keep any VM mailboxes running into the future)?

Are you currently an active broadband customer with us?

If not, have you received an email recently to advise the .net email account would be deleted?
