I have virgin broadband but it currently has my partners email address registered. Can I keep my virgin.net email if it’s somehow linked to the broadband?
I have been speaking with Virgin via the WhatsApp and been told this was in hand and would take 2-5 days then when I chased it up, nobody could find anything about it, even though I have all of my conversations on my WhatsApp
To make it worse, I was incorrectly advised, by Virgin, again on WhatsApp, that as long as I was going the email, it wouldn’t be closed. So I was happily just using it thinking everything was ok and then suddenly I can’t access it.
please can someone help?!

We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion. In order for your email address to be safe from deletion, it needs to be connected to an active Virgin Media broadband account.
If your email address is not connected to your active broadband account then it will remain at risk of being deleted. We'll need to access the account to check things a little further in order to advise more specifically so I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
