I am unable to open my Virgin.net email on Apple mail. I get the message ‘No password provided for Virgin’. I have provided password and deleted and re added account but get the same message

@DJEB You may have triggered the VM security requirement to use a generated app password for use with email clients. To do this you are also likely to be asked to change your sign in username to a third party email address. You can find all the instructions here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account
