Virgin Media Marking my own emails as spam

Virgin has now decided that emails from my to the same account is spam. Is there any way of stopping this or do I just have to put up with this ridicules rule.

In the online VM email portal select the email in Spam, click on the menu icon for it and select Not Spam.

Thanks Cardiffman282 unfortunately when I select the menu icon there is no option to select Not Spam. If I right click on the item the option is Mark as Spam. The email from is also marked as Spam. So virgin media think that their own support forum is a spam bot.
