Virgin has now decided that emails from my ntlworld.com to the same account is spam. Is there any way of stopping this or do I just have to put up with this ridicules rule.

Thanks Cardiffman282 unfortunately when I select the menu icon there is no option to select Not Spam. If I right click on the item the option is Mark as Spam. The email from VirginMediaCommunitySupport@virginmedia.co.uk is also marked as Spam. So virgin media think that their own support forum is a spam bot.
