For some time my webmail is very very slow to load my N TL emails. Sometimes it keeps saying “reload”

Is it only this website you're having issues with or others?
Could you do a wired speedtest via laptop/PC at https://www.samknows.com/products/realspeed and report back?

Thanks for your reply.
I have this issue on my iPad and my PC and it is only webmail that is the problem.
I have done the Sam Knows test on my iPad, as follows;
Router. Download 137 upload 20.4
ipad Download 138. upload 22.5

Can you please confirm which browser you're using when accessing the E-Mail account?
Have you attempted to use an alternative browser or clearing the cache on the browser you're using?
