Unable to reset password

Like many others when I am trying to reset my VM password (from Forgot you password) it won't accept any password. How can I fix this please?

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with the password.

Can you confirm you are meeting the below criteria;

•  Be between 8-64 characters.
•  Must start with a letter.
•  Contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.

•  Contain at least one number.

•  Special characters are allowed but not required (e.g. ! # % & @).
•  Cannot contain easy to guess words, usernames, or previously used passwords.
