Unable to reset password for several days

Hi,
I've been completely unable to reset my password for my virgin media account the last few days, I never seem to receive any sort email that im meant to get to recieve it. I've checked the entire mailbox, spam folders ect... Nothing seems to be getting sent.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with resetting your password for your online account. Has the online account ever worked? Have you ever previously accessed your account and if not, have you registered for an online account previously? 

Just to also clarify you're using this website here when trying to access and reset your password.

Hi, Yep its that website, It has worked in the past, it just stopped working recently when i've signed up for new broadband
