Unable to reset My Virgin Media Password

I have raised a ticket P012434077 last Wednesday but still nothing has happened to resolve this issue.

1. Unable to access email via webmail via My Virgin Media or via MS Outlook.

2. Trying to attempt to change the 'My Virgin Media' password fails with the error unable to register this password please try another (I have tried multiple passwords all different strengths all get rejected)

3. If I try to change the mail app password I am unable to register a third party email!

PLEASE NOTE: I can logon to the 'My Virgin Media' account but unable to then access the webmail.

Please can someone help or can this be escalated so that this account can access emails !!!
