We have the same problem. It's probably something Virgin are doing and won't be your fault but they never seem to get this right. Poor comms.

Sorry to hear you're having issues access an ntlword email.
Has the steps advised by our community been able to support in resolving this for you?
If not, we would need to speak directly with the account holder regarding any email changes, we can see from your previous thread that you're looking to make changes to the named account holder and so would advise that if possible, the account holder get in touch with us directly.
