Unable to login to blueyonder email address

Hi, Since Saturday lunch time I have been unable to access my secondary blueyonder email account receiving a sign in failed message. I have spoken to support on Saturday evening via Whatsapp and they said I just need to change my password.

This has resulted in a invalid password message so I changed the password again and the same happened again. I use this account as my main email address so really need to be able to login to retrieve recent messages. Please advise.
