Unable to change my log in email for new app password

I am trying to change my Virgin Media sign in email address to enable me to generate a new app password 

I tried this online in the account settings but it keeps telling me that I have already tried to change the email and to look at the email to confirm but its been over three hours and no email has come through and it tells me I cannot make any more changes till that is confirmedly

How is this resolved as we appear to be going round in circles?

Hey there,

Try and re-send the email again, if you still don't receive it, call Virgin Media or try and get hold of someone here on the forums. 

I'll also flag this post for a moderator to see and hopefully we'll be able to get some attention to it.

Have you checked your Spam folder, that's where my emails from the forum go
