Unable to change my log in email for new app password
I am trying to change my Virgin Media sign in email address to enable me to generate a new app password
I tried this online in the account settings but it keeps telling me that I have already tried to change the email and to look at the email to confirm but its been over three hours and no email has come through and it tells me I cannot make any more changes till that is confirmedly
How is this resolved as we appear to be going round in circles?
