Unable to change my log in email for new app password

I am trying to change my Virgin Media sign in email address to enable me to generate a new app password  I tried this online in the account settings but it keeps telling me that I have already trie...

Hey there,

Try and re-send the email again, if you still don't receive it, call Virgin Media or try and get hold of someone here on the forums. 

I'll also flag this post for a moderator to see and hopefully we'll be able to get some attention to it.
